Omid Alemi

Omid Alemi is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree and a diverse background in clinical practice, organizational development, and contract administration.

At Your Counselling , Omid serves as the Contract Specialist and Program Development Lead, where he plays a key role in the design, implementation, and evaluation of internal programs and external partnerships. Omid brings a systems-informed, equity-centered approach to his work, combining clinical expertise with strategic planning to enhance service delivery across Your Counselling’s therapeutic and employee support programs. He leads the coordination of service agreements, manages EFAP and third-party partnerships, and supports quality assurance to ensure programming is evidence-informed and responsive to client needs.

Driven by a commitment to innovation and collaboration, Omid works closely with clinicians, leadership teams, and community stakeholders to develop new initiatives that expand access to mental health services and promote sustainable, client-centered outcomes.
