Office Manager
Preet Grewal is our Office Manager who ensures our Therapists have the proper support to work efficiently. In addition to answering the phone and coordinating calendars, Preet is the first person our clients meet!
Preet works in the background to ensure the workplace runs smoothly. Preet assists in the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures; manages and oversees the day-to-day running of the office, she also maintains accounts payable, receivables and client billing. If you are unsure, which Therapist is the best fit for you Preet is happy to help connect with based on your expressed needs for counselling.
If you have any questions related to billing, process and our services offered, Preet is just a phone call away. She is available Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm.
