Natasha is a Registered Social Worker with a graduate degree in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. With over 10 years of experience in the Human Services field, Natasha understands that challenging life circumstances can sometimes leave people feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or depleted. Her greatest pleasure as a therapist is supporting people to reconnect with their sense of purpose, joy, and satisfaction, and she holds firm in her belief that everyone has capacity for healing and growth.

Natasha’s guiding values as a therapist are authenticity, curiosity, and connection. She strives to create a therapeutic space where her clients feel welcome and accepted, and positions people as the experts in their own lives. Natasha brings an integrative approach to her practice and believes that good therapy is a thoughtful balance of exploring and understanding past experiences while developing skills and cultivating hope for the future. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches rooted in Emotionally Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Person-Centered therapeutic frameworks. Natasha is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for treatment of trauma.

Natasha works with individuals and couples, and is excited to work with you in areas of anxiety, depression, stress management, anger management, relationship challenges, trauma and abuse recovery, grief and loss, addictions, and personal development. Natasha does not currently accept children under the age of 16.
