Stephanie (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work, specializing in clinical practice from the University of Calgary. With over a decade of experience, she recognizes how past experiences and life’s challenges can lead to feelings of overwhelm. Believing in each person’s inherent strengths, Stephanie creates a supportive, compassionate space for clients to explore their inner world, identity, and connections with themselves and others.

Her holistic approach addresses mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual healing, fostering well-being in every aspect of life. Rooted in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and anti-oppressive practices, Stephanie cultivates a warm, inclusive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Drawing from Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, she offers a tailored approach for each individual. Stephanie supports individuals 14 and up in areas such as self-esteem, identity, anxiety, stress, depression, mood disorders, substance use, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions.
